1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using SmartRestro POS ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits) arising from use of the Software. Our maximum liability in any case is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms (e.g. reselling licenses, abusive support requests). You may cancel anytime by emailing support — no refund after 14 days, but your local Software keeps working with whatever features were unlocked.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
